PERSIA, Alexandrine Empire. Uncertain satraps of Babylon, circa 328-311 BC. Double Shekel (Silver, 21 mm, 17.09 g, 3 h), Babylon. Baal seated left, holding scepter in his right hand and placing his left hand on throne. Rev. Lion walking left; above, Γ. Nicolet-Pierre 7. SNG Copenhagen 264. Well centered and lightly toned, a lovely example. Tiny marks, otherwise, good very fine.
